How it works::

The page to the right is an example of how your personalized MLS gateway will appear. The listings available to you on the page are categorized under custom search headings.

When we set up your page we'll decide what criteria we're going to use to tailor it to your liking.

For instance on this example website we used ALL tega cay homes UNDER $400,000. I couldn't do all Tega Cay homes for sale for the simple reason that the report limits you to 99 entries. (a large number are from new home developments).

There are at least 30 different criteris we can choose, from List Price to "does it have a barn". Even what it DOESN'T have! Call me and we'll set one up for you. Even if you aren't in the market and just interested in seeing what's going on in your neighborhood. Or any neighborhood in the region!
