The map search is a very powerful way to find a home. The best way to use it is to:
scroll to the bottom of the seach page first and narrow your search criteria before zooming in on the map.
When you hold down the left mouse button to drag out a zoom area, try to make the area as square as possible.
Use the "Back to map search" link instead of the browser back button or you will lose your current search criteria.
